This is included to help you better understand how food travels through our GI system. Please enjoy these videos by Ninja Nerd. If you like his stuff (I love the visuals), he has a membership program you can look into. I have no affiliation with this entity but found their instructions to very thorough and educational.
This is not a requirement, but recommended additional learning tools to enrich your understanding of the GI system.
Bowel Massage & Routine
Bowels are habitual which means we can train them! The more consistent with the routine, the more effective the carryover we can expect. If we bring in more of the senses, we can trigger the brain to jump into action even when we may be out of our typical routine such as when we are traveling. You can't tell me you haven't notice things slowing down when away for a long weekend!
